Reporting Airport Noise
The Parish council is reviewing the impact of plane noise on the village. We are asking parishioners to let us know the time of any flights that you think are causing a noise nuisance, from Saturday 19th June to Sunday 27th June We will then obtain the flight details and noise levels and report this to East Midlands airport. Weston bus service returns
After discussions with Weston and Aston Parish Councils , county Council and local MP, a bus company has agreed to reinstate the number 73 bus. This is a limited service but we need to use it or we will lose it.

Litter picking success .
"Litter Picking – The litter picking weekend went well, with 12 groups out over the two days. We collected a vast amount of rubbish from all of the lanes & footpaths in the Parish.
