East Midlands Airport Rep attending Parish council on 15th November

Colleen Hempson from East Midlands Airport is attending Weston on Trent Parish Council meeting on 15th November from 7.30 pm at Weston on Trent Village Hall . March 2021 figures showed an increase on 29.4% on the amount of cargo handled at EMA. This is the busiest UK airport for cargo outside of London-with no restrictions on night flights. Those cargo flights are expected to increase as a result of the Freeport . If you have any concerns about the airport traffic in your parish , please come along to the meeting .
