Weston on Trent Community speed watch get a grant

Weston on Trent Community speed watch have benefited from a grant from the Derbyshire County Council Community Leadership scheme courtesy of Councillor Neil Atkin.

The original equipment we were ordering became obsolete and the new equipment was more expensive-so the parish council funded the difference.

The Radar speed gun, hi vis vests and community speed watch signs will be out and about in the village as soon as the Covid restrictions are lifted and we are allowed to. Please give us a wave when you see us as you drive responsibly through the village at 30 miles an hour.
